I am not a discerning shopper; I typically do not juggle prices or wade through reviews to get what I need. If I really need something, I go to a place where I can find it and grab it.
Yesterday, my pneumatic pin nailer failed me
spectacularly enough that I ran into town to see if I could purchase a
replacement—one capable of shooting 2-inch pins. In the end, I shopped at four
stores. In each store, I found plenty of boxes of 2-inch pins, but none of the stores stocked nailers to shoot them.
Upon returning home after a frustrating hours-long
shopping trip, I found the nailer I needed online in under one minute.
