Desiree and I drove to Billings on Sunday so I could conduct two days of electrical training at the Phillips 66 oil refinery. The weather has been gorgeous, and Billings has experienced spring ahead of Helena as far as displaying spring colors. Many of the flowering trees are on full display, and Montana’s big sky has not disappointed. Even the oil refinery looks somewhat handsome, set against the spring tableau.
