I have nothing firm scheduled for today. Last
night, I finished the jigsaw puzzle I started a couple weeks ago. I swiffered the dust from the bookshelves in
my den just yesterday. No dishes await
washing in my kitchen sink.
Sitting here on my sofa in the ear-ringing sort of silence that is
the predawn of a midwinter morning, I did what any other normal person would
do: I jumped on the internet to determine if cashews are a nut or a fruit.

Interesting question, but it really depends on which part you eat. The upper part in the picture is a fruit you can eat (never seen one in the market). The lower part is the seed (the nut).
