I’ve found that here in the islands nothing is close by either. You would think that living on an island you would eventually get around to everything. I have yet to get past the 1/2 way point to the other end of Negro Oriental. I’ve been to Cebu, Manila, Bohol, and Siquijor, but have not made it to even half way to Bacolod.
