Yesterday, on the same day that the king of Saudi
Arabia died and the leadership in the troubled country of Yemen, a hotbed for
radical Muslims, abdicated power to rebels, all of the news programs I watched led
their news with a story about how much air was in a football during a game last
weekend.

Seems that Football remains a primary American preoccupation and its politics even more important than anything else in the world. Why not? America supposedly still reigns as umero uno in the world. Who the fuck cares what happens out there?

Another way: Keep everyone busy, entertained and arguing about air in a football while the 1% continues to sap the blood off us.
