According to a pest control blog I recently read, it is speculated
that houseflies defecate every time they land.
This morning, as I watched a housefly looping around my kitchen, landing
on a cupboard door, then a spoon on the countertop, then the window above the
kitchen sink, then my coffee cup, I thought to myself: “I really wish I had not
read that stupid blog about flies.”
