Clear Sky

This morning, I woke just as first light began to blue itself above the Big Belt Mountains.  I started my coffee and then stepped outside to soak in the hot tub.  Pretty soon a flight of geese came squawking right over me, close enough I could have read their nametags had they been wearing them.  Only then did I realize—for the first time in days—my sky was clear enough to see mountains in all directions.
You have no idea how much I needed that.
