Depending on the context, I agree and don't agree with that statement. Do beauty and ugliness refer to a person's physical appearance or do they refer to all things beautiful and ugly? Ugly situations will remain ugly, no matter what. For me, someone ugly is a person with a propensity for evil and does not refer to a person's looks.
