I have been binge watching the Alone series on TV again. I am pretty sure I would not make it very long as a survivalist. Most of these programs allow contestants to bring only a handful of items of personal choice. Alone contestants are granted ten such items. I’m pretty sure my choice of personal items would merely weigh me down. My first five choices would be as follows:
- Some form of electronic device (with several thousand songs loaded) for playing music
- Coffee
- Toilet paper
- A righteous coffee cup
- A bag of barbeque flavor potato chips
